Basically, this is not based on the BEST of the bunch. from my top 15, they are considered as the hot favs of all. Brazil, Venezuela seems to have lots of supporters and news about them being strong contender for the crown. however, anything can happen like last yr japan beating brazil for the crown. brazil might beat another hot fav to win the crown this yr. but i am thinking a blonde will win this yr.
if not..look out fofr the asians, korea and india are strong contenders.
the african side, only south africa can make it.
